How many driving lessons will I need?
It depends on your experience and confidence.
Beginners usually need 10–20 professional lessons to build strong skills.
If you combine instructor lessons with supervised driving practice, you’ll improve faster.
Most learners in NSW must log 120 hours, including 20 hours of night driving.
At LXD Driving School, we’ll assess your skills and create a personalised lesson plan.
How long is each lesson?
At LXD Driving School, each standard lesson is 1 hour. You can also book:

Can I choose between manual and automatic lessons?
Currently, we offer modern automatic vehicles for training.
Automatic cars are easier for most beginners and allow you to focus on road rules and safety before learning manual driving later if needed.
What happens if I need to reschedule my lesson?
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy lifestyle.
You can reschedule your lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Do you provide a car for the driving test?
Yes! We can provide our dual-control automatic vehicle for your driving test.
This is a great option if you’ve been learning in our car and want to feel comfortable and confident on test day. Additional fees may apply.
Do your driving instructors speak multiple languages?
Our instructor can speak Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and English, making it easier for you to learn in a language you’re comfortable with.
